The Interchange Wine Bar and Bistro in Albert Lea, facing fines of $3,000/day after a judgment issued this week in Freeborn County, is open and advertising dine-in service, to-go orders, and delivery.
A phone call to the business this afternoon did confirm the business was open for business until 3pm today.
News of The Interchange being open today for business got a mostly positive response on its social media page.
Governor Walz on Wednesday addressed the media and announced that indoor dining restrictions would be eased and allow for 50% capacity for indoor dining, as well as some bartop service.
